You can apply to as many universities as you like, as long as you are willing to bear the application fees.
It is usually recommended that you apply to 6-8 universities per season because university applications are time taking and hard to manage, not to mention expensive.
But if you're able to manage all of that, then it is really up to you and there is no particular limit on how many you can apply to.
