Please note that it takes around 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We will issue your refund within one business day from the day you request a refund, but the time taken for the money to reflect on your card/account may differ on a number of factors, including bank holidays, and interbank transactional delays.
Your money also gets refunded into the same account that you used to pay for CrunchPrep's services. Please note that we cannot transfer the refund to a different account.
However, sometimes, due to various unexplained reasons, refunds may get delayed. In case your refund is delayed by more than 2 weeks, send us an email and we’ll help you out.
